1. What we collect
Account data (email, authentication identifiers), workspace and billing records, and request metadata: time, status, credits charged, token counts and latency.
2. Request content
The state and questions you send are forwarded to the model provider to produce an answer. We do not store request or response content in our database.
3. Processors
Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers AI inference, zero data retention for this model); TypeSafe (model developer); Supabase (authentication and database); Creem (payments and invoicing); Vercel or Cloudflare (hosting).
4. How we use data
To provide and secure the service, bill usage, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Request metadata is kept for 12 months. Account data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days except where law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting support. You can delete your account at any time.
