1. The service
JEV Gateway ("we") provides API and browser access to the Jev decision model through third-party inference infrastructure. We are an independent operator and not affiliated with TypeSafe.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your workspaces and every request made with your API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you believe is exposed.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are sold as one-time packs through our payment provider, are tied to a workspace and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between workspaces. Failed requests are not charged.
4. Refunds
You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Refunded credits are removed from the workspace.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, attack systems, or make fully automated high-stakes decisions about people without appropriate human review.
6. Model output
Outputs are probabilistic and can be wrong. Probabilities and confidence scores are not guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for validating results for your use case.
7. Availability
The service depends on upstream providers and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless agreed in writing.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
